  1. Preheat an oven to 375F.
  2. Use an apple corer to cut out the cores of the apples while keeping the apples whole.
  3. Combine the sugar, cinnamon, pecans and raisins. Stuff the apples with this mixture.
  4. Place a smudge of butter on top of each of the stuffed apples.
  5. Boil water and pour this into a baking dish. Place the apples in the dish.
  6. Bake for 30 minutes.
  7. Take out off the oven, brush them with juices from the pan, serve and enjoy.
