BURNT GARLIC SOYA CHILLI PRAWNS

Sesame oil

Garlic Cloves crushed

Dry Red Chilli

Prawns de-shelled

rock salt

ml
Mirin Wine

ml
rice wine vinegar

corriander

ml
sweet chilli sauce
black pepper
Instructions
Heat Sesame oil in a wok. Add the crushed garlic and dry red chilli. Sautee till fragrant.
Add the Prawns and sauté.
Throw in the salt, black pepper, mirin and rice wine vinegar. Cook for two-three minutes till prawns are cooked through.
Remove prawns onto a plate and garnish with coriander leaves and sweet chili sauce. Serve immediately.
