Ingredients

all purpose flour

sugar

tsp
baking powder
1/2
tsp
baking soda
1/2
tsp
Salt

Large Eggs

cup
Milk
1
cup
sour cream
1
stick butter
melted
1/2
tsp
vanilla extract
1 1/2
cups
Blueberries
1/2
tsp
lemon zest
Instructions
Mix the flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda and salt together.
Whisk the eggs in a separate bowl and mix the milk, sour cream, butter and vanilla to the eggs.
Whisk the egg mixture into the dry mixture.
Stir in the blueberries and lemon zest.
Heat a little butter in a skillet.
Pour a quarter of the batter in the skillet and cook.
Once the outer edge sets, flip the pancake over.
Fry on the other side for 30-45 seconds.
Take out of the pan.
Stack onto a plate and top with blueberries.
