Pizza To The Rescue

dried basil
Pepperoni slices

can chopped tomatoes

tbsp
tomato purée
grated mozzarella

onion
chopped

cloves
garlic
thinly sliced
Instructions
Preheat oven to 200 degrees.
Combine the salt and yeast with the water.
Sift the flour into a deep bowl and make a well in the center.
Pour in the water and yeast mixture.
Add the oil.
Using a spatula, mix all the ingredients to create a moist dough.
Flour a flat surface and knead the dough for five minutes.
Place the dough in a bowl and cover.
Allow it to rest and rise for 20 minutes.
Knead into a pizza base in a pizza pan.
Make a few holes in the base with a fork.
Spread the puree over the base.
Add the tomatoes, onion and garlic over the top.
Sprinkle the cheese over the pizza.
Top with pepperoni and sprinkle the basil.
Bake for twenty minutes.
Take out of the oven, sere and enjoy!
