Fondue For Two!
Ingredients

cups
Swiss cheese
shredded
2
cups
Gruyere
shredded
2
tbsp
all purpose flour
1
clove
garlic
cut into half
1
cup
dry white wine
1
tbsp
Lemon juice
3
tbsp
brandy
Instructions
Combine the cheeses and flour in a resalable plastic bag.
Shake the bag until the cheese is covered with the flour.
Rub garlic across the bottom of a heavy saucepan or a fondue pot.
Add the wine to the saucepan and simmer it until bubbles begin to rise.
Stir in the lemon juice and the cheese mixture gradually until the cheese melts.
Stir in the brandy.
Take of the stove and serve.
Keep the fondue warm while serving in a heatproof serving bowl or fondue pot.
