Gobi butter masala is another popular dish which goes well with roti and naan. This dish is prepared in a easy way. The buttery gravy is so fine soft with well cooked cauliflower in it.
Take a bowl with all Batter ingredients & mix well. The batter should be thick milk consistency.
Wash & chop cauliflower then place it in boiling water & add salt leave it for 2 min. Then drain water.
Dip each cauliflower in maida mixture then deep fry till golden brown.
Heat pan with oil and butter add cumin seeds. Then add onion, ginger and garlic paste sauté till raw smell out.
Add green chilli & tomato puree mix well & let it boil. Then add cumin powder, coriander powder, red chilli powder, turmeric powder & water if required.
Add deep fried cauliflower and garam masala powder mix well. Then add cashew nut paste.
When boiling, add curd, sugar & salt mix well. Cut of heat, add chopped coriander leaves and butter serve hot with chapatti, roti, naan, rice etc
