Porridge Goes Bananas!
Ingredients

Milk
1 1/2
cups
oats
2
tbsp
brown sugar
4
small bananas
sliced
1
tsp
cinnamon
Instructions
Boil the milk in a heavy bottomed saucepan and, as soon as it boils, turn town to simmer.
Stir in the oats and cook over a medium high heat for five minutes.
As the porridge begins to thicken (it will stick to the spoon), stir in the sliced bananas and allow the porridge to cook for a minute more.
Take off the heat and stir in the sugar.
Allow the porridge to stand and cool for five minutes.
Sprinkle with the cinnamon and serve.
