Ingredients
red sorrel leaves

crushed garlic cloves
Mustard and Cumin
as required

Instructions
Wash the leaves thoroughly.
Heat oil in a pan, and fry the leaves well.
Once the leaves are fried well, set them aside. To the same pan, add mustard red chillies and fry it well. Add cumin seeds.
Add them along with garlic and salt to the blender. Also, add the leaves.
Blend them well.
