Ingredients

tin preserved cherries

tin preserved pineapples

packet instant cake mix
vanilla or a white cake mix works best

½ sticks butter
Instructions
Pre-heat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
Grease a medium sized pan or over-proof dish and keep ready.
Empty the contents of the cherry tin in the dish and spread it evenly.
Now empty the contents of the pineapple tin into the dish and spread it evenly.
Spread the dry instant cake mix over the fruit mixture.
Crumble the leftover butter on top of the cake mix.
Shake/tap the dish a little so the mixture sets evenly in the dish.
Bake until the top is crumbly and bubbly for about 45 minutes to one hour.
Serve hot with a scoop of ice cream on top.
