In a mixing bowl combine tomato paste, oregano, basil, garlic powder, onion powder, sugar, salt and pepper along with 1/2 cup of water to make the pizza sauce.
Mix 2 cups of the flour with the dry yeast, sugar and salt.
Add water and oil till well combined.
Keep adding the flour little by little till a soft and sticky dough ball is formed.
Sprinkle flour on the work surface and knead the dough for about five minutes.
Once the dough is elastic and smooth, cover it and let it rest and rise for 10 minutes.
Break the risen dough into two and patting with hands stretch one of the pieces out evenly to make the base.
Preheat the oven to 425°F.
Spread the sauce and sprinkle the cheese on the pizza base.
Place the pepperoni and bake for 20 minutes till the crust is crispy and the cheese is melting.
Repeat with the second dough piece to make the second pizza.
