Ginger paste

tomatoes
finely chopped
Instructions
Heat a pan and toast the coriander and cumin seeds till aromatic. Grind these into a coarse powder and keep it aside.
Take 2/3 of the chopped onions and saute it till it turns golden. To this add the meat and fry it till it turns light brown
Add all the spices, ginger and garlic paste, tomatoes and fry till the oil starts seperating from the mixture. Add sufficient amount of salt.
Add the remaining onions and mix it well. Saute this batch of onions for five minutes till it turns translucent.
Add 1 ½ cups of water and bring to boil. Allow it cook till the meat is tender.
Serve hot with rice or roti.
