black grapes

cup
chilled low-fat milk
1
cup
chilled low-fat curds
dahi

tsp
sugar
Instructions
Combine the black grapes, milk, curds and sugar in a blender and blend till smooth.
Pour equal quantities of the lassi into 4 individual glasses.
Serve chilled.
