Fryin’ Up Some Chicken
Ingredients

chicken breasts
1
cup
bread crumbs
1
egg
oil for frying
Instructions
Clean the chicken breasts.
Beat the egg and dip the chicken breasts in it.
Then, dip them into the bread crumbs, coating both sides well.
Heat a little oil in a pan and fry one side of the breasts for 6-7 minutes.
Flip and fry for 5 more minutes.
Take out of the pan and place on toweling paper to drain excess oil.
Serve and enjoy.
