Green Chutney
A refreshing combination of coriander and coconut, the green chutney goes well with dhoklas and other snacks. In most cases, chaats are also laced with green chutney. In all, it is very versatile and can be used as an accompaniment.

Ingredients

cups
roughly chopped coriander
dhania
4
green chillies
roughly chopped
1 1/2
tsp
Lemon juice
1
tbsp
sugar

tbsp
freshly grated coconut
salt to taste
Instructions
Combine all the ingredients in a mixer and blend into a smooth mixture, using a little water.
Store refrigerated in an air-tight container and use as required.
