Ingredients

of squash
grated

medium eggs

of broccoli
finely chopped

tsp
of oregano

tbsp
of Rice flour

tbsp
of Oil
Instructions
Remove excess moisture from the squash by squeezing it.
Whisk the eggs in a bowl and add the broccoli, squash and oregano. Mix together
Add the rice flour to this mixture and continue whisking
Shape the mixture into patties
Heat up some oil in a frying pan and add the patties
Fry the patties until they have a nice brown coating
Remove from heat and serve hot
