Green-Orange Dotted Rice Recipe
A healthy rice dish you can make for celebrations.
Ingredients

cup
Long-grained Basmati rice
6
chopped Green chillies
3
tsp
butter
1
tsp
Lemon juice
3
tsp
Cream
Salt
to taste
½
cup
Chopped Carrots
2
tsp
chopped garlic
Instructions
Boil rice with lemon juice and salt.
When done, remove from heat and drain any excess water.
In a pan, heat butter and add garlic, green chillies, carrots and cream.
Cook for a minute till the cream is absorbed but the veggies do not change colour.
Add to the rice and mix well.
