Prawns Go Green
Ingredients
To make the paste

To make the curry

cleaned

onion
julienned

Potato
peeled and chopped into cubes

Turmeric powder
Salt as per taste
Instructions
Sprinkle the prawns with a pinch of salt and allow them to marinade.
Soak the potatoes in water with a pinch of salt.
Grind the ingredients for the paste into a smooth paste.
Sauté the curry leaves in hot oil and then add the onions.
As the onion begins to brown, stir in the green paste and the turmeric powder.
Sauté the paste for 2 minutes and then add the cubed potatoes.
Cover the pan and allow the potatoes to cook through.
Stir in the prawns and sauté for two minutes.
Chop the tomato and stir it in.
Add about half a cup of water to the mixture and cover the pa.
Allow the curry to cook for two minutes and add salt to taste.
Take the curry off the stove and serve warm.
