The Beef Way
Delicious beef skewers that sure know how to party! This one’s a keeper.

Instructions
  1. Combine beef, soya, chilli oil, sriracha, lemon zest and juice, jalapeno, green tea, garlic and ginger together in a large, resealable plastic bag. Shake thoroughly.
  2. Place in the refrigerator overnight.
  3. Before grilling, place wooden skewers in cold water for about 20 minutes, to keep them from burning on the grill.
  4. Thread meat onto skewers- alternating beef cubes with tomatoes, squash, zucchini, and onion.
  5. Spray grill with nonstick cooking spray- to medium heat.
  6. Place skewers on the grill and cook for 10-15 minutes.
  7. Serve hot with hot sauce.
