Ingredients
1
large onion
chopped
2
tsp
of minced garlic
1
red bell pepper
chopped
1
cup
of fresh mushrooms
sliced
1
tomato
chopped
2
carrots
chopped
1
kg
of minced chicken
1
egg
1/2
cup
of fresh bread crumbs
1
tbsp
of seasoning
salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
Add oil to a pan on medium heat.
Add the onions and garlic and saute for 2-3 minutes
Add the bell pepper and continue sauteing
Add the mushrooms, tomato and carrot and cook it until it becomes tender
Remove from heat and set aside
In a separate bowl, combine the chicken and the sauteed vegetables.
Add the egg, bread crumbs and seasonings
Mix together and shape it into 8 patties
Add oil to a separate pan
Place the patties, with enough space, and cook well for 5-6 minutes on each side
Remove the patties from heat
Serve the patties up inside a bread or bun with slices of tomato, onion and cucumber
