This classic grilled chicken burger will give you the bite required to get on with your day

Instructions
  1. Add oil to a pan on medium heat.
  2. Add the onions and garlic and saute for 2-3 minutes
  3. Add the bell pepper and continue sauteing
  4. Add the mushrooms, tomato and carrot and cook it until it becomes tender
  5. Remove from heat and set aside
  6. In a separate bowl, combine the chicken and the sauteed vegetables.
  7. Add the egg, bread crumbs and seasonings
  8. Mix together and shape it into 8 patties
  9. Add oil to a separate pan
  10. Place the patties, with enough space, and cook well for 5-6 minutes on each side
  11. Remove the patties from heat
  12. Serve the patties up inside a bread or bun with slices of tomato, onion and cucumber
