Instructions
  1. Preheat the grill to medium
  2. Combine bread crumbs, oil and chives together in a bowl
  3. Place the fish fillet on a baking sheet and season it with salt and pepper
  4. Coat the fish with the bread crumbs mixture
  5. Grill the fish for 10-12 minutes, until cooked
  6. Slice the potatoes into 1/4 in thick piece and toss it with remaining oil, salt and pepper
  7. Grill the potatoes along with the fish
  8. Remove both from heat and serve together
