Ingredients
1/2
cup
of bread crumbs

tbsp
of vegetable oil
1
tbsp
of chopped chives
500
grams
of fish
sliced
salt and pepper to taste
2
medium potatoes
1
medium sweet potato
peeled
Instructions
Preheat the grill to medium
Combine bread crumbs, oil and chives together in a bowl
Place the fish fillet on a baking sheet and season it with salt and pepper
Coat the fish with the bread crumbs mixture
Grill the fish for 10-12 minutes, until cooked
Slice the potatoes into 1/4 in thick piece and toss it with remaining oil, salt and pepper
Grill the potatoes along with the fish
Remove both from heat and serve together
