Go Fish!
Grill fish Indian style with this unusual recipe!

fish fillet

ginger garlic paste

red chili powder

Turmeric powder

garlic powder

garam masala

Lemon juice
salt to taste

semolina

tsp

Instructions
Wash the fillet and allow it to dry completely.
Combine the onions, ginger garlic paste, chili powder, turmeric powder, garlic powder, garam masala, lemon juice and salt together.
Whisk until this mixture becomes a coarse paste.
Using a knife, make small slits on the fish fillet.
Coat the fillet with the paste, using your fingers to rub it into the slits.
Allow the fish to marinade overnight.
Preheat your oven to 160 C.
Coat the fish fillet with semolina.
Grease a baking tray and bake the fish for half an hour, flipping the fish once.
Take it out, allow it to cool slightly and enjoy!
