  1. Mix Bengal gram dhal flour, rice flour, groundnuts, red chilli powder, curry leaves, salt.
  2. Add one tablespoon hot oil and mix well.
  3. Just sprinkle handful of water and make a loose dough.
  4. Put this dough little by little into hot oil and deep fry till golden brown.
