  1. Take a bowl and mix the curd, gram four, asafoetida, jaggery, salt and water. Mix it well using a whisk.
  2. Heat a pan and pour in the mixture. Keep stirring till the curry thins out.
  3. As the curry thins out, add the seasoning and boil the curry for 5-6 minutes.
  4. For seasoning; Heat clarified butter and add cumin seeds, mustard seeds, cloves, ginger, green chillies and the red chilly.
  5. Serve hot.
