Jaggery Roti – A Punjabi delicacy!
Whole wheat flour mixed with milk and jaggery. Smothered with ghee. A Sweet-y wonder.

Instructions
  1. Dissolve the gur in half the milk over low heat and cool.
  2. Mix the gur (jaggery) in half of the milk in a pan over low heat. Let it cool
  3. In a bowl add atta, soda and the salt. Mix well.
  4. Add the ghee to the atta and rub the ghee in. Knead into a dough adding the milk solution. If required, add more molk.
  5. Roll the dough in round.
  6. Cook over low heat, spreading ghee all over and around the roti
