Instructions
  1. In a Blender Jar add 2 to 3 cups of chopped spring Onion, 2 to 3 crushed Ice cubes and blend it well.
  2. In a Bowl add 2 tbsp Jaggery, 3 to 4 tbsp vanilla Sugar, 1½ to 2 tbsp Vanilla extract, black Salt to taste, 1 tbsp Tamarind puree
  3. Add segments of 2 peeled Oranges and squeeze out the remaining orange pulp, 5 to 6 Amaranth leaves, 1 to 2 Bread slices and mix it well.
  4. Then in blender jar add 1 tbsp finely chopped Rhubarb & pour mixture in blender from the bowl.
  5. Now blend it well and prepare a smooth paste.
  6. In a glass add 4 to 5 Orange slices, ½ tsp Rhubarb, black Salt to taste, ½ finely chopped Lemon, ½ tsp Vanilla sugar and 4 to 5 crushed Ice cubes.
  7. Take out onion paste from blender and pour in glass.
  8. Garnish with Rhubarb, vanilla Sugar, Lemon slice and Mint leaves.
  9. Hare Pyaaz ka Khaas Sharbat is ready to serve
