Pastrami Sandwich Recipe
Corned beef and pastrami combine in this delicious sandwich.
Ingredients
1/4
cup
unsalted butter
2
slices
rye bread
ounce
Four 1slices Swiss cheese
3
ounces
lean corned beef
thinly sliced
3
ounces
pastrami
thinly sliced
1/2
cup
sauerkraut
Instructions
Spread one side of each of the slices of rye bread with butter.
Melt a little butter on a griddle and toast the bread, butter side down on the griddle.
Top each slice with a slice of cheese.
Microwave the pastrami on high for a minute.
Do the same with the corned beef.
After the cheese melts, top one slice of bread with the pastrami followed by the corned beef.
Place the sauerkraut on top of the other slice of bread, and flip it over to cover the slice with the pastrami and corned beef.
Toast for two minutes.
Take of the griddle, serve and enjoy.
