Ingredients
For The Cake

self-raising flour

cocoa powder

brown sugar

vanilla essence

butter

For The Sauce
1
cup
brown sugar

tbsp
cocoa powder
1 1/4
cups
boiling water
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 180°C and mix the flour, sugar and cocoa in a bowl.
Add the vanilla essence, buttermilk and stir.
Lightly beat the egg, add it to the flour mixture and combine well.
Add the mixture into small baking moulds, the creative the containers, the better.
Leave a little space for the rising of the cake and the sauce.
Mix the brown sugar and cocoa in a bowl and add to the top of the cake mix.
Pour boiling water on top of this and place the moulds in the oven.
Bake for about 45 minutes and check with a toothpick to see if its cooked.
