Instructions
Soft boil the egg and let it cool down completely.
Peel them and mash them in a bowl.
Add mayonnaise, chives, salt and pepper.
Mix well and now add the vinegar.
Mix again and then spread it on the bread slices.
Place the other bread slice and cut into bite-sized pieces.
