Harry’s Bar Toasted Sandwich With Parmesan Cream & Honey Glazed Ham
Instructions
  1. Mix egg yolks, mustard and parmesan cheese.
  2. Slice honey glazed ham to medium thin
  3. Spread the parmesan cream on 3 slices of bread, add sliced fontina cheese, ham and cover with 3 more slices of bread.
  4. Cut the dark boarder of the sandwiches and cut the sandwich into 3 inches x 1 inch rectangles.
  5. In a non sticky pan melt butter with olive oil and sear the mini sandwich both sides until golden brown.
  6. Serve Harrys bar on a plate with dollies.
