Ingredients
For The Pepper and Paneer Balls

cup
crumbled low fat paneer / tofu cottage cheese, bean curd/ soya paneer

tbsp
Parsley
chopped

mustard powder
Salt
to taste
Other Ingredients

onions
chopped

vegetable stock

Cornflour

tsp
Oil

Instructions
For the pepper and paneer balls
Mix all the ingredients together and knead well.
Divide the mixture into 20 equal portions and shape them into small round balls.
Microwave for 20 seconds and keep aside to cool. If you do not have a microwave, steam them in a steamer for a few minutes.
How to proceed
Heat the oil in a non-stick pan and fry the onions on a low flame for 10 to 15 minutes until golden brown in colour.
Add the vegetable stock, salt and pepper and bring to boil.
Mix the corn flour in ΒΌ cup of water and add to the soup. Simmer for 5 minutes.
Just before serving, add the pepper and paneer balls to the soup.
Serve hot garnished with parsley.
