Pumpkin steals the show
Grain free, Gluten free, paleo and pumpkin goodness- I feel good already.
Ingredients
For the Pie Crust

cups
almond flour

egg

tbsp
butter
For the filling

can organic pumpkin
1/2
can coconut milk
1/2
cup
raw honey
2
eggs
1
tsp
cinnamon
1
tsp
pumpkin pie spice
Whipped cream to serve
Instructions
For the crust
Combine in a food processor until a dough forms.
Bake for 10-15 minutes on 350 and set aside.
For the pie
You can either blend in a blender/food processor or beat all ingredients by hand. Make sure there are no lumps.
Bake on 350 for about 50 minutes, or until the center is set.
Top with with whipped cream!
