Devling Eggs
Instructions
  1. Place the eggs in a pan and cover with water until it rises an inch and a half above the eggs.
  2. Place over high heat until the water begins to boil.
  3. Once it boils cook the eggs for a minute, cover and turn down the heat to simmer
  4. Cook for another minute.
  5. Turn of the heat and allow the eggs to stand for 10 minutes.
  6. Then, rinse the eggs under cold water for a minute.
  7. Peel the eggs under the water and dry with a paper towel.
  8. Slice the eggs into lengthwise halves.
  9. Scoop out the yolks and place in a bowl.
  10. Combine the yolks with the mayonnaise, vinegar, mustard, salt and pepper.
  11. Spoon the yolk mixture back into the egg whites and sprinkle with the paprika.
  12. Serve.
