Ingredients

cup
vegetable oil

cup
all purpose flour

teaspoon
dried thyme
1
teaspoon
dried oregano
1/2
teaspoon
paprika
1/4
teaspoon
cayenne pepper

pound
boneless
skinless chicken breasts, cut crosswise in half
Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper
to taste

Large Eggs
beaten
FOR THE HONEY GARLIC SAUCE
1/2
cup
honey
or more, to taste

cloves
garlic
minced

tablespoons
soy sauce

tablespoon
cornstarch
Instructions
Over medium heat place a saucepan and add honey, garlic and soy sauce.
In a bowl add the cornstarch and 1/4 cup water and mix.
Add the mixture to the saucepan until it is thick, about 1 to 2 minutes.
Set aside.
Over medium high hear, heat vegetable oil in large skillet.
In a bowl, add flour, thyme, oregano, paprika and cayenne pepper.
Season the chicken with pepper and salt, to taste.
Dredge the chicken in flour one at a time then dredge in eggs and then in the flour one more time
Cook the chicken in the skillet one at a time until it is crispy and evenly golden.
Serve hot with garlic sauce.
