Ingredients

tbsp
extra virgin olive oil
1
cup
diced onion
2
diced chile pepper
3
halved and seeded habanero peppers
4
cloves
minced garlic

cups
= Diced tomatoes
1
cup
distilled white vinegar
2
tsps
Salt
3
tbsp
sugar
Instructions
Heat the olive oil in a pan and add the onions, chile peppers, habaneros and garlic.
Cook till the onion gets softened and gets a tinge of brown.
Keeping the flame on low, add tomatoes,vinegar, salt and sugar.
Cook for five minutes while stirring once a while till the tomatoes soften.
Transfer the tomato mixture to a blender and blitz till smooth.
Sieve out the solids and leave the sauce to cool after which it will be ready for consumption.
