Cover the mix and then allow it to sit at room temperature overnight.
Now line a fine mesh strainer with cheesecloth and set it over a pitcher or other container.
Pour the mixture through the strainer and allow all the liquid to flow through. Throw away the grounds.
Place the coffee liquid in a fridge and allow it to cool. Use as needed.
To make iced coffee, pack a glass full of ice cubes.
and then fill a glass 2/3 full with coffee liquid.
Add a good quantity splash of half-and-half.
Add 2-3 tablespoons sweetened condensed milk (can use plain sugar instead) and stir to combine. Taste and adjust half-and-half and/or sweetened condensed milk as needed.
