Chicken With Orange Sauce Recipe
A delicious chicken dish with orange sauce.

boneless chicken breast, cut into halves

bread crumbs

orange juice

Lemon juice

orange zest
grated

tbsp
lemon zest
grated
Instructions
Preheat an oven to 400F.
Beat together the eggs and milk and whisk in the flour, salt and pepper.
Mix the breadcrumbs and almonds together.
Dip the chicken into the flour mixture and then into the breadcrumbs.
Sauté the chicken breasts in butter on both sides for ten minutes.
Place in a baking dish and bake for 20 minutes.
Whisk the sugar, salt, cornstarch and flour together.
Add the orange juice, lemon juice and 1.2 cup water.
Mix together well and stir over low heat until the mixture boils.
Allow the mixture to boil for 3 minutes
Finally stir in other tablespoon of butter, the orange rind and lemon rind.
Take the chicken out of the oven and pour the sauce over it.
Serve and enjoy.
