Ingredients

all purpose flour
2/3
cup
sugar

tbsp
baking powder
1/2
tsp
baking soda
3/4
tsp
ground cinnamon

cup
applesauce
3
tbsp
butter
1 1/3
cups
walnuts
chopped
1
cup
raisins
Instructions
Preheat an oven to 350 degrees F.
Melt the butter.
Mix the flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda and cinnamon together.
Beat the egg and stir in the applesauce and butter.
Stir this mixture into the flour mixture.
Add the walnuts and raisins.
Grease a loaf pan and pour the batter into it.
Bake in an oven for 45 minutes.
Take out of the oven and allow to cool.
Slice, serve and enjoy!
