Ingredients

cup
cranberry juice
1/3
cup
sugar

fresh raspberries
1/3
cup
+ 2 tbsp sour cream
Instructions
Blend the cranberry juice, raspberries (chopped into halves) and sugar together.
Strain.
Add the 1/3 cup of sour cream and refrigerate for two hours.
Pour into soup bowls and top with the 2 tbsp of sour cream.
Serve and enjoy.
