all purpose flour

baking powder

baking soda

Salt

egg

Buttermilk

tbsp
butter
1/4
cup
granulated sugar

vanilla extract
Instructions
Mix flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt in a bowl.
Now mix egg and buttermilk in another bowl till well combined.
Add this egg mix to the dry ingredients and stir.
Once you get a smooth batter, add melted butter, sugar and vanilla till combined.
Now heat a little butter in a pan and let it spread a bit.
Using a ladle, pour some batter on the pan to make the first pancake.
Once the bottom side of the pan cake is light brown, flip it to get the same colour on the other side.
Make more pancakes like these and keep stacking them up.
Serve with fresh fruit like bananas, blueberries or strawberries and maple syrup.
