Cauliflower or gobi is widely used in indian cooking. Gobi can be made alone or in combination with other veggies.

Ingredients
800
grams
Cauliflower cleaned florets

grams
Onions chopped
50
grams
ginger, chopped
40
grams
green chilies chopped

Cumin seeds

Oil

Turmeric powder

coriander leaves (chopped

tsp
Red Chili flakes
salt to taste
Instructions
Set a wok on the stove.
Turn the heat on high.
Pour in the oil.
Allow the oil to heat.
Add the cumin seeds.
Turn down the heat to simmer.
Add the ginger and green chilies.
Add the onions.
Sauté for 3 minutes.
Add the cauliflower florets.
Add the turmeric powder.
Add salt to taste
Set a lid on the wok.
Allow the cauliflower to cook for 15 minutes.
It will cook in its own steam.
Add red chili flakes after the cauliflower is cooked.
Stir it one time until the cauliflower is done and still crisp.
Turn off the heat.
Garnish with chopped coriander.
