Something Fishy
Delicious tandoori style fish.
Ingredients

white fish fillets
chopped into large pieces

Ginger
chopped

Vinegar
salt to taste

coriander seeds
ground

Cumin seeds
ground

tsp
cayenne pepper
ground
1/2
cup
vegetable oil
Instructions
Blend the ginger, garlic, vinegar, salt, coriander, cumin, cayenne and oil together to make a smooth paste.
Coat the fish with the paste and allow it to marinade for four to six hours.
Preheat an oven to broil the fish.
Layer an oven tray with foil and broil the fish for ten minutes.
Flip the fish and broil the other sides for ten more minutes.
Ladle the fish into a serving bowl and enjoy!
