Marvelous Manchurian
A tasty, spice Indo Chinese fusion dish.

Chicken mince

Oil for deep frying

capsicum
finely chopped
For the sauce

corn flour
1/2
cup
Water

tbsp
Vinegar

tsp
Salt

tsp
soy sauce

cup
tomato purée
2
tbsp
celery
chopped

cups
Instructions
Combine the mince, eggs, flour, garlic, ginger and water to make a batter.
Allow the mince to marinate for 15 minutes.
Heat oil for deep frying and drop small dollops of the batter into it.
Fry until golden brown, remove with a slotted spoon and place the chicken balls on paper towels to drain.
Whisk all the ingredients for the sauce together.
Heat two tablespoons of oil and sauté the garlic and onion for a few minutes.
Add the capsicum and continue sautéing for another minute.
Spoon in the sauce and turn the heat on the stove down.
Once the sauce begins to thicken, add the fried balls to the pan and toss.
Remove from the stove after a few minutes and serve!
