Jambalyaa Recipe
A delicious Creole dish.
Ingredients

peanut oil

Cajun seasoning

Andouille sausage
sliced into rounds

boneless
skinless chicken, cut into cubes

onion
diced

small green pepper
diced

cloves
garlic
minced

can Italian tomatoes

red pepper flakes

tso ground black pepper

hot pepper sauce

Worcestshire sauce

uncooked white recipe

cups
chicken broth
Instructions
Heat a teaspoon of the peanut oil.
Keeping the two proteins separate, toss the sausage and chicken in the Cajun seasoning.
Sauté the sausage in the oil until browned.
Remove with a spoon and set aside.
In the remaining peanut oil sauté the chicken pieces.
Sauté the onion, bell pepper, celery and garlic in the same oil.
Add the red pepper, black pepper, salt, hot pepper sauce, Worsterchire sauce and stir well.
Add the chicken and sausage.
Sauté for ten minutes.
Add the rice and chicken broth.
Bring to a boil, reduce the heat and simmer for 20 minutes.
