Ingredients

heavy whipping cream

Instructions
Put heavy cream in a big bowl and begin churning the butter using a hand mixer.
Keep whipping on high speed for 5 minutes or till the cream starts curdling.
Now add ice and water and mix it in.
Once again whip the butter on high speed and go on for about 10 minutes or till you the butter and liquid start to separate.
Drain the liquid and use for making roti dough.
Take the butter and run it under water to remove excess liquid.
Refrigerate and enjoy.
