Pizza To Make Jughead Drool
Ingredients
Pre-prepared pizza dough

portobello mushrooms

balsamic vinegar

To make the gucamole

large avocados
2
garlic cloves
minced

small tomato
diced
½ red onion
diced

Instructions
To make the guacamole
Cut the avocados and take out the pulp.
Mash the pulp until smooth and stir in the lime, garlic and salt.
Stir in the tomatoes and onion and refrigerate until cool.
Preheat an oven to 425F.
Combine the olive oil, salt, vinegar and garlic and coat the mushrooms with this mixture.
Bake the mushrooms in the preheated oven for 15 minutes.
Roll out your pizza dough and coat with olive oil.
Bake for ten minutes until golden.
Spread the guacamole across the curst and top with the mushroom.
