Sole Meunière Recipe

all purpose flour

Sole fillets
coarse kosher salt
Freshly ground black pepper

vegetable oil
2 + 1/4

unsalted butter

Italian parsley
shipped

tbsp
fresh lemon juice
Instructions
Sprinkle the fish with the salt and pepper.
Dredge on both sides with the flour.
Heat the oil and add two tablespoons of butter.
After a minute add the fish and fry for 2 minutes on each side.
Place each sole on different plates and cover with foil.
Heat the remaining butter and add the parsley and lemon juice.
Spoon the sauce over the fish and serve.
