large bananas

For the batter

For the tamarind chutney

gm tamarind pulp

Instructions
Peel the bananas and extract the pulp to make them hollow.
For the stuffing, mix together all the spices, ginger and green chilies.
Fill this stuffing in the hollowed bananas.
Prepare the batter by mixing together gram flour, rice flour, crushed red chilies and water to get a good consistency.
Dip the bananas in the batter and deep-fry them well till golden.
For the chutney
Mix in brown sugar and a pinch of salt in the tamarind pulp.
Serve with pakoras.
