  1. Scoop out the flesh of the avocado and put it into a blender.
  2. Put the chopped cucumber in with the avocado.
  3. Shred the kale and add it to the blender.
  4. Pour the coconut milk into the blender and blend the mixture on high until the mixture is perfectly smooth.
  5. Pour the smoothie into a tall glass and enjoy!
