Ingredients
2
cups
Rice
4
tbsp
Sooji
cup
½Carrots
chopped
cup
½French Beans
chopped
cup
½Green Peas
mashed
salt to taste
Instructions
Grind rice after soaking it in water for 4 hours.
Make this into a thick batter, adding roasted rava to the batter.
Add salt and the finely chopped vegetables.
Put into the idli mould and steam for 10 minutes doing this in batches.
Serve hot with ghee.
Recipe Notes
Add 1 tsp red chilli powder to add a little extra spice.
