Ingredients

¼ to ½turmeric powder

Instructions
Rinse the poha until it becomes soft.
Mix the turmeric powder, sugar and salt in the poha.
Roast the peanuts and keep aside.
In hot oil, fry the potatoes until golden. Keep them aside.
Then, in the same pan fry the mustard seeds until they splutter.
Add the cumin seeds and onions.
Sauté until the onions become translucent.
Add the curry leaves, green chili and roasted peanuts and sauté for a minute.
Them, add the fried potatoes and mix in the poha gently.
On a low flame, sauté the poha for two to three minutes.
After three minutes, switch off the flame, cover the pan and allow the mix to steam for a few minutes.
Then, remove the lid and garnish with coriander leaves.
Top the poha with lemon juice before serving.
